A luxurious seniors care facility reconstructed from the original Royal Victoria Hospital building.
Victoria Village Manor opened our doors to our Long Term Care residents in the fall of 2003. The Home was built to the standards of a Ministry of Health “Class A” facility. We have two types of accommodation which are private and basic.
Our basic rooms has two residents sharing accommodation. The rooms are uniquely designed, allowing each resident to have a mini unit within the room they share. Our enhanced design offers each resident windows to view the picturesque outdoors.
Private accomodations at Victoria Village Manor are single units. Residents will have their own spacious room complete with an ensuite two-piece washroom.

On behalf of our entire family, we would like to thank all the staff at Victoria Village for taking such exceptional care of our mother. From the moment she came to Victoria Village, until her final days, our mother's care was always exceptional and outstanding. Most especially when our mother returned home from the hospital in palliative care at Victoria Village, we were truly overwhelmed by the warmth, kindness and caring that we were shown.
Victoria Village Manor is a very special place and we are so grateful that we were lucky enough that our mother, had the privilege of staying there.

We wish to convey our thanks and appreciation for the care our mother received during the time Mum was at Victoria Village Manor. The facility and staff were wonderful and we are so grateful. The staff on the Kensington floor were so caring and kind and so supportive… All the staff we came to know are exceptional and we will always be thankful.

I have two very important things to express my gratitude for:
1. Staff on Balmoral sought out the resource of a geriatric Specialist Nurse, to help best 'deal' with Jim's issues with 'Frontal Temporal Lobe Dementia'. Some would believe that this would be expected on a professional level- bottom line, I am thankful that you care enough about my husband to do that. I didn’t know that such a resource existed- I am grateful!
2. When I was visiting Jim today (with the girls), the lady doing the cleaning (not Anne or Lois), got water for the girls, she was engaging with Jim about the dogs, then I saw her washing the hands of the lady directly across the hall. Beautiful to see that ALL staff are engaged with the residents.
I feel fortunate, that the opportunity came up for Jim to be in the care of Victoria Village. It is very comforting to our family to know that you care as much about his well being as his wife & sons do.
